CONFERENCE : STATE OF THE AI-ART | THURSDAY MAY 23 | PHOENIX
Whether you are an artist, creative technologist or just curious, the Art AI Festival 2019 is intended to give you an insight into creative AI, applications and processes. As part of the Festival, we are hosting a FREE one day conference celebrating the State of the AI Art. The conference features keynotes and talks by world leading practitioners with optional walking tours of Festival artworks. There is also an opportunity to see the VR-AI film, Rose Colored (dir. Adam Cresco). All refreshments are provided throughout the day.
Speakers are Ernest Edmonds, Mario Klingemann, Fabrizio Poltronieri and Libby Heaney, an overview of the 'state of the art' by internationally renowned AI-art curator, Luba Elliott, and critique by Georgia Ward Dyer, part of the Futures and Explorations Team at Nesta.
